The physical body is only one aspect of our being. Yet it is a powerful center for our emotional and spiritual dance. Our emotional programs become deeply embedded in our physical bodies. Somewhere along the way, many of us become disconnected with our bodies as we work very hard to hold those emotional programs together. In this sacred temple lies the blueprint of all of our emotions and feelings, all of our life experiences - the laughter and tears, the joy and pain.

Body Wisdom allows you to release those blocks in the parts of your body holding emotions that have long been disowned. Through movement of sacred energy and healing touch, you connect with your body by going within, as these energies move through you. Here, we listen to your body's voice, hear its rhythms and honor the language it seeks to speak. Through this act, our body becomes a sanctuary of healing, of celebration, of love. We enjoy a union with our body in a whole new way. It becomes a musical instrument, a lyrical song - some days a soft symphony or a haunting violin, other days a booming aria or discordant jazz guitar...but always resonating with the dance of life. This is the entranceway, the doorway into the magical theater of soul journey.
