Leaders today are challenged more than ever to lead complex organizational structures with wisdom, vision and clarity.Teams are struggling for direction, cohesiveness, and common purpose in the midst of multi-tasking work environments and corporate governance. They are seeking identity and value within an environment where structures in an "organization" or "division" all to easily define us.

It is for those who are ready to own themselves in the Web of Life and become co-creators of a corporate community. In this program we come together as a community, a human web of life. Within the circle, we share sacred journeys of the soul that enable us to step fully into our own power. We see ourselves in our relationship to all things. Spending time out on the land, we practice teachings in presence and awareness, and capture our true vision. A cutting edge approach in leadership development. Available as a 4-day retreat.
No one can speak your truth for you. But they can support you in speaking it. Here we learn the teachings of the talking circle, of communicating in community with one another. Listening with honor and intention within the sacred circle, we hear ourselves speak with truth and resonance.
This is a program that goes beyond group development models and introduces us to the ancient ways of dialogue and council. In the talking circle we break away from current structure in our meetings and communication and allow a free and creative exploration of complex issues and problem solving.
