Join together for a journey deep into the heart and soul of the team through an integrated program that combines:

Team adventure in the ancient red rock country of Sedona
The tradition and teachings of the talking circle
Pathways for sharing, brainstorming, speaking, listening, and conflict resolution
Selected team activities on the land that offer group interaction and reflection
A perfect closing at day's end with a campfire ceremony under the night sky and desert stars

The focus of the day provides a profound framework for the group to join together through selected team activities, with focus on:

Getting to know one another and a sharing of who we are
Building relationships and alliances
Communication skills – speaking, listening

Journey on the Land

The group journeys out on the land with an adventurous hike to an ancient cave in the heart of red rock country. As the group forms their community circle here, we share special insights into the heart and soul of the land. The group has time to explore, reflect, take pictures, and have fun. We’ll have a picnic lunch (provided) on a red rock butte.

Community Circle

The team joins together to learn the tradition of the Talking Circle. We’ll then experientially move into the Talking Circle, and open pathways of communication in our speaking, listening, and strengthening of the corporate community.

We facilitate a memorable event that brings teams and corporate groups together in a profound, unique way with a magnificent backdrop of desert mountains, expansive skies, and teachings of the ancient ways.
