In our programs we encourage time for reflection and integration in solitude practicing presence, journaling, and listening to both inner and outer landscapes. Our program gives you time with both Clay and I with teachings of stillness, prayer, and meditation to support the following core elements:

A special gathering out on the land in a sacred place, where the ancient earth of Sedona opens to our inner landscape as we immerse ourselves in the sensuous beauty of the mountains, clouds, and sky, creating our sacred circle of intention.

Body Wisdom

A time of communion with Creation that allows the gifts of Spirit to bring us into body awareness and receive the graces of healing. Through the opening of our bodies, we open our beings to wholeness, balance and harmony.

The Talking Circle is a place where we speak with the heart's voice with intention and attention. This calls us into presence, awareness, and community of spirit. In this sacred circle we receive teachings and explore:

The Divine Femine ~ Letting go of the roles that currently define us, we explore the places that disempower our feminine voice and the traps where we give our power away. Here we hold the space where our real power of Creation can emerge - the power of the Divine Feminine.

Present Memory ~ True memory is knowing, remembering who we are within the circle of life. It is about taking our past and using it to become present each day, fully in ourselves. Often we are engaged in our distortions of the yesterdays that somehow have come to define our present. These are just illusions that trap us in a maze of forgetting who we really are. We connect with the intuitions of our womb and allow our present memory to begin its spiral of ascension.
